Here's some help for what the various setting are, and what they do:
Sleep Corners On: A sleep corner is where you can quickly place the mouse in order to start instant screensaver activation, or to stop the screensaver from turning on (while your mouse is in that corner).
Below that option are two rectangles, each with four buttons. If you wish to use sleep corners, simply turn Sleep Corners On and select. Sleep Now: select the corner for which you want instant activation of your screensaver. Don't Sleep: select the corner in which you want to be able to stop screensaving.
Note that the Sleep Now and Don't Sleep corners cannot be the same, for obvious reasons. You must select different ones for each; Volume/Depth Switcher will not allow them to be the same.
On/Off: Whether or not you want the screensaver part of VDS on. If you turn it off, you will still have access to the Volume/Depth switching. The On/Off buttons in the main control panel control everything; turn them off and you cannot use the screensaver or the Volume/Depth Switching.
Dim after xxx minutes of inactivity: Screensavers work by monitoring for how long your computer hasn't been doing anything; simply type in the amount, in minutes, of wait before the screensaver goes on. The default is 5 minutes; you can select anywhere between 1-100.
Blank Screen/Show Clock: This selects what type of screensaver you'd like to use. Blank Screen simply blanks the screen to black. Show Clock will bounce a clock around the screen. Both use *very* little memory.
